Set in a historic building, overlooking Broadstairs’ Pierremont Park, Pierremont Hall is a beautiful, secluded event venue primed to host it all, from conferences and business events to private celebrations, community gatherings, and performances. With three distinct spaces available, plus a gorgeous, landscaped outdoor area, it’s got plenty of flexibility.
At the heart of Pierremont Hall is the Chamber Hall, which sits on the ground floor and offers direct access to the park, complete with its new planting and pathways. Ideal for big, grand birthday celebrations as well as conferences, it accommodates up to 70 standing, or 54 seated guests, and can be arranged with seating suited to your needs.
Smaller events at Pierremont Hall, meanwhile, will feel right at home in the Music Room, an intimate setting with orangery-style windows that look out onto greenery and let in plenty of natural light. It holds up to 20 standing guests, with seating for around 12 - ideal for meetings and smaller gatherings.
Upstairs on the first floor, the Mayor’s Parlour is a compact, more traditional meeting room. Accessed via a Victorian staircase, it also accommodates up to 12 seated guests for workshops and meetings, and has a standing capacity of up to 20. It can also be used as a dressing, breakout, or prep room, making it super convenient for community events, performances and business events alike. For summer parties and outdoor fairs, simply look to the outdoor space, and be sure to tag on hire of outdoor furniture.
Facilities across the venue include WiFi in all rooms and a range of layout options to suit different event formats. What’s more, given that Pierremont Hall is a self-catered venue, you’ll have total flexibility over any catering, whether bringing suppliers on site or having things delivered.
