Here, the chefs celebrate the best of Dorset, working with nearby farms and growers to provide a taste of the landscape with dishes like 'from the forest' wild garlic and nettle soup, a Kingston scotch egg with Kimmeridge sausage and black pudding, as well as pear and plum stewed crumble with Dorset clotted cream.
