The largest event space at Hotel du Vin Exeter is the Lounge, a modern space with space for dinners of up to 60 guests at separate tables and space for up to 80 for drinks receptions and standing events. This area can be configured for presentations with up to 48 seats arranged cabaret-style. For events on a slightly smaller scale, the Chapter One room is one of the most popular, with space for up to 16, while the Library can host up to 25 for standing events, and 16 in theatre formation.
The team at Hotel du Vin have designed a range of packages to suit a variety of event formats, including catering from the hotel’s bistro, wine pairings, and drinks packages. For corporate events, the day delegate packers cover it all, including room hire, conference stationery, water, snacks, LCD and Screen, tea and coffee, baked goods, and lunch. There’s also a 24-hour package with a three-course dinner, breakfast and an overnight stay also included.
