In a Grade II-listed sandstone mansion dating back to 1762, Hotel du Vin is a landmark on the Tunbridge Wells skyline. Amid its 34 bedrooms, there’s a trio of meeting and event spaces. From an interior inspired by Versailles’ Hall of Mirrors, the Ruinart overlooks the hotel gardens and Calverley Park, and has its own terrace. The Havana, which takes its inspiration from 1950s Cuba, and the Mouton Rothschild are flooded with natural daylight and have French doors which open out onto a veranda. Come the summer, there is a garden and a vineyard for drinks receptions and other alfresco events – including a game of boules.
