This boutique hotel features five distinctive meeting and event spaces. The Belle Epoque room is the largest, accommodating up to 90 guests theatre-style or 100 for drinks receptions. Elsewhere, The Lombard room offers space for up to 50 delegates, while Sassicaia and Opus One are ideal for smaller meetings or breakout sessions. Planning an al fresco event? The Courtyard is the perfect spot. Complete with a retractable roof, it’s perfect for outdoor receptions, and can host up to 150 guests.
Hotel du Vin offers a couple of different packages for your event, including a Day Delegate option, or a 24 hour package. The day option includes meeting room hire, conference stationary, and use of state-of-the-art AV equipment, as well as a buffet lunch and dessert. Opt for the 24 hour package if you have guests coming from far and wide, and include a three course dinner, overnight stay and full breakfast the following morning.
Hotel du Vin offers a selection of bespoke menus for your event, crafted by the in-house bistro. Planning a day time meeting? Opt for the plated lunch, with options such as saucisson and cornichon brioche with Dijonnaise, croque monsieurs, and house salad with baby kale, edamame beans, quinoa and alfalfa sprouts.
Elsewhere, you’ll have the option to choose from three different buffet menus. Here you’ll get a variety of hot and cold plates from fennel, feta and pomegranate salad, to chargrilled chicken with lemon and thyme or Chicken Milanese with pommes frites. Guests will be refueled during a meeting break with fruit salad or muesli pots, and madeleines and freshly baked pastries.
