The team, spaces and grounds at Coton House Farm are well equipped to plan corporate events, black tie events and charity balls. In their time, they've even hosted themed discos and live music events - as far as they're concerned, whatever you need, they can make it happen.
The main space for private parties is The Oak Barn, which comes with use of the Pig Sty Bar and Terrace, too. The exposed oak beams and wood-effect flooring bring warmth, while French doors and generous natural light keep the room bright and open. It can seat up to 120 guests at round tables, making it suitable for everything from milestone birthdays to dinners and larger celebrations. The adjoining Oak Terrace extends the party outdoors, while The Pig Sty provides a private licensed bar. Catering can range from classic sit-down dining to more relaxed street-food-style options, with trusted entertainment suppliers also available.
The team are clear on one thing: they only host one event at a time, so you can be sure that your occasion gets all the attention it deserves. If you want to just opt for evening private hire, guests have exclusive use of the Oak Barn, The Pig Sty and Oak Terrace from 6pm, creating a natural flow between dinner, drinks and dancing. Events can be personalised with a choice of catering and drinks packages, so the format can be shaped around anything from a relaxed birthday supper to a more formal celebration. Do note, private-hire bookings are generally taken up to six months in advance, with dates further ahead limited to weekdays.
