The private dining room on the ground floor of The Halkin is a light and airy space with plentiful natural light overlooking the manicured gardens. Up to 24 guests can be accommodated seating or 25 standing, ideal for a corporate lunch meeting or intimate meal. For larger parties, the private dining area can be hired out in its entirety. This contemporary space boasts a unique feature ceiling, and can hold up to 50 seated guests or 90 standing for a drink's reception, conference or canape party. It is also possible to combine the two spaces if you have a more lavish event in mind.
Both spaces are fitted with the latest AV technology, including a Bose PA system, and there is a dedicated events team on hand to assist in the planning and execution of your event. For all other little details, like live entertainment, photography, and more, the team will be happy to suggest suppliers. Catering is provided in house by the Halkin Bar which offers a wide variety of seasonal modern European dishes, from light salad lunches to Arabic-style sharing plates to indulgent three-course dinners.
