Updated on 06 March 2025

Whether you’re looking to reduce waste, increase meat-free options on your menus, or are after a space that can accommodate hybrid events, the venue you choose will impact how effectively you can implement all of the above (and more). We’ve chosen these London venues based on the efficacy of their current sustainable practices, as well as how they’re planning to lower their impact over the years to come. The Conduit, for example, sets out its sustainablity goals in an annual impact report, not only to offer full transparency to its members and the public, but to keep them on track to achieve their targets.

The venues in this list all offer seasonal, locally-sourced menus using British ingredients, including a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Many place emphasis on recycling and reducing waste wherever possible, while others go the extra mile, implementing compostable waste streams and installing carbon free heating systems that will pay dividends when it comes to lowering their carbon footprint in the long run.

We’ve highlighted some of the key ways in which these London venues are working to be more eco-friendly, but if you’d like to learn more about their sustainable practices, simply click through to the listing, or head straight to their website to read about the sustainable strategies they're implementing, both now and into the future.
