The Prince Regent

Where better to host a London Christmas party than a good ol' pub? Whether you're a Herne Hill local or not, South London is practically bursting with beautifully traditional boozers, and The Prince Regent is one of the best - with a team who welcome not only events bookings, but especially those with a sprinkle of festive magic. 

Step inside and the space is exactly what you'd imagine: cosy, classic, and with period features from the building's Victorian history like a gorgeous old bar and wooden wall panelling which really warms up the space. While the main bar is perfect for bringing friends and family together, the pub also has an impressive selection of private spaces to host your very own shindig. For example, for a small to medium gathering, there's The Drawing room with capacity for 40 people seated or 60 people standing. The team say that standing buffets work well for livelier events or you can go full banquet, instead. 

For larger gatherings, there's The Regency Room with space for 60 people seated or 100 standing. If you wanted to incorporate some end-of-year presentations, this space also has a TV, as well as (more fun) options like a DJ booth and private bar. What's more, you can connect it to The Drawing Room if you want to maximise on capacity. 

Or, as they say, you could go big or go home, and take over every inch of The Prince Regent. The main bar can hold up to 100 people and there's even an outdoor terrace with space for 70 (although - it'll be a bit cold for that!). If going down the takeover route, this is an ideal option for whole company celebrations.
