Had a very nice visit here for a December birthday Lunch. We had the option of a festive menu or à la carte and went with à la carte. The chicken patty starter was a standout and comes highly recommended. Pork belly, fish and chips and the lentil burger were all thoroughly enjoyed, with generous portions all round. We were mostly too full for dessert, but the ice cream and sticky toffee pudding were both very good. Delicious food, a lovely setting, and friendly, accommodating staff who let us enjoy the occasion without feeling rushed. It was spot on and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
