Paris Grill is a French restaurant and bar which has been courting the City crowd since way back in 1978, but still manages to feel modern and exciting. It is also a great Christmas party venue, ideal for casual festive catch-ups with friends or more formal soirees, where you book out a dedicated room.
At Paris Grill, there are two event spaces to choose from. The first is Bardot’s Bar, the venue’s more casual bar space which is traditional in look and feel - think wood-panelled walls, mahogany furnishings and a slew of French film posters. As the name suggests, Bardot’s Bar is also the place to come for cocktails and French wines, with a backlit bar running along one side of the room. This is a warm and cosy space, so it is great for getting in the festive mood. Bardot’s Bar can accommodate up to 40 guests at one time for a sit-down meal or up to 80 for a standing reception.
The second space at Paris Grill is the main dining room, which can be hired out for groups of up to 120 seated guests or 250 standing. The dining room is a glamorous space with a chic, contemporary feel, boasting a red, black and white colour scheme as well as shiny mirrors and glittering chandeliers. There is also a stage, complete with a red velvet curtain, where live entertainment can be arranged - perhaps a rendition or two of Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas?
As for the menu at Paris Grill, you can typically expect authentic French classics, but at Christmastime the restaurant leans into seasonal favourites - think roast turkey with trimmings followed by Christmas pudding. There are plenty of options when it comes to festive drinks too, including a selection of cocktails and French wines.
