Nestled at the rear of the restaurant, and secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main space, the chef’s table private dining room is available for hire for seasonal dinners of between eight and 12 guests. Take a seat at the large oval table and enjoy a view through the one-way glass window into the kitchen, watching the team of talented chefs prepare the restaurant's meticulous dishes. The space boasts simple décor with a large wine rack on one wall and modern Mediterranean themed art - a cosy setting for your festive celebration.
The menu at Murano changes seasonally to make use of the best quality produce from a line-up of trusted suppliers. When you hire the private dining room, you can choose between an a la carte or tasting menu, with the latter available as seven or nine courses. The winter seasonal menu features highlights such as saddleback pork with pickled plum and Roscoff onion, and of course, it wouldn’t be a proper Murano meal without a fresh pasta dish like provolone and smoked potato agnolotti with lardo. If you have vegans and vegetarians in tow, there are dedicated meat-free menus to suit.
Alongside your Christmas meal, there is an extensive wine list which highlights Italian producers. Expect to see renowned vintages from celebrated vineyards, as well as more unusual bottles from independent labels in lesser known regions.
