Luso is available for intimate to mid-sized festive events, with a dedicated private dining room, plus semi-exclusive and exclusive hire options for larger groups. The Adega is a comfortable and cosy space, with access to its very own wine cellar, for up to 12 guests around one central table. Here, you and your guests can enjoy a sharing-style, chef’s selection set menu with tailored guidance from Luso’s experienced sommeliers.
If you’re looking for somewhere a little larger for your Christmas party, Luso also offers a semi-private dining room upstairs for groups of 15 to 30 guests. Or, take over the main dining room on the ground floor overlooking Charlotte Street for up to 60.
As for the food, you’ll be treated to a sharing-style feast of modern Portuguese dishes, with a focus on fresh seafood and wood-fired cooking. You might begin with a selection of petiscos and snacks, such as Algarvian-style pickled carrots, Presunto Ibérico, and homemade Fish Patê. While larger dishes span grilled half wild bream with corn migas, and traditional Leitão - a centrepiece Ibérico suckling pig. For dessert, expect comforting favourites such as almond tart with thick cream, and chocolate mousse with olive oil and sea salt.
