When it comes to the menus, the club’s talented chefs have created a couple of options, showcasing seasonal British produce. A traditional set menu offers three courses, with the likes of confit salmon rillette with candied beetroot, or crispy brie bites with roast garlic aioli and pomegranate to start, followed by mains such as roast turkey with all the trimmings, braised beef cheeks with truffle mash, or a roasted butternut squash with crumbled vegan feta and charred tender stem. Elsewhere, a menu of finger food is ideal for standing receptions. Expect bite-sized options including honey and mustard glazed pigs in blankets, smoked mackerel pate on toasted sourdough and a selection of mini quiches.
