Gaucho has created an affordable and delicious festive set menu to indulge in this Christmas. The three-course meal starts with dishes such as cured smoked salmon with apple, pickled red onion salad and toasted sourdough, or a cheese and truffle empanada to start. Main course includes turkey ballotine with a red wine jus, or rump and chips with truffle butter, while dessert keeps things indulgent with a dulce de leche cheesecake, toasted marshmallow and biscuit crumb. Vegans and vegetarians are taken care of too, with the likes of pumpkin, ricotta and sage ravioli.
