Fairgame Canary Wharf combines nine tech-enhanced fairground games, private party spaces for up to 600 guests and street food and cocktails in the heart of London’s business district, for an interactive, dynamic Christmas party venue.
Once inside, guests are invited to unleach their inner arcade lover with games such as Whack-A-Mole and Roll-A-Ball Derby. Fairgame has reworked nine nostalgic games with RFID technology and digital leaderboards, meaning scores are tracked as everyone plays and there are prizes (plus inevitable bragging rights) at stake.
Groups of 16 or more can arrange bespoke events, with several spaces available depending on scale. Exclusive hire gives up to 600 guests the entire venue, including unlimited access to all nine games and two bars. The Golden Ticket is a semi-private option for 220, combining the Holy Duck Lounge, Carousel Bar and Big Top Mezzanine with two private bars and views over the games.
Smaller teams can choose the Carousel Bar for up to 80, with mixed seating and its own bar, or the fully private Big Top for 70, which sits above the games floor with neon décor and four oversized Carousel booths. The low-lit Holy Duck Lounge accommodates 35 and adds mirrored ceilings and a wonderfully eccentric rubber-duck installation.
As for food, dining feels relaxed and informal with favourites such as Burger & Beyond, Alby’s Pizza and Taco Collective supplying a mix of street food dishes which are perfect for sharing with a large group. While, The Bumper Bar adds cocktails, frozen Margaritas, small-batch spirits and London-brewed craft beer to keep everyone merry.
For an office Christmas party, the location makes plenty of sense. Canary Wharf puts the venue right in the middle of one of London’s busiest districts, so teams can go from desk to drinks without trekking across the capital. And, for getting home - of course - public transport connections are close by.
