If you're organising this year's company Christmas party and planning the event for a sophisticated crowd, Enoteca Turi is an Italian restaurant in Chelsea with an outstanding reputation and award-winning wine list.
The restaurant was originally founded over 30 years ago by Pam and Giuseppe Turi, who in 2023 handed over the establishment to the Restaurants Inc. Ltd group, headed up by Dominic Ford, with help from wine expert and founder of Liberty Wines, David Gleave MW. Together, they aim to continue the original legacy, ensuring that Enoteca Turi serves the freshest ingredients, authentic Italian recipes and an incredible selection of wines, with suggestions ready for each dish.
In terms of private dining, the site has an atmospheric space which is perfectly suited to such, with capacity for up to 28 people. The underground, private dining cellar has been decorated with charcoal-toned walls, sleek, mid-century inspired furniture and industrial lighting, for a cool, stylish vibe.
While the Christmas menu may have some differences, there is a set menu online which offers a glimpse into what your group can expect to enjoy while dining. The set menus offer three courses and sides, with some variation so that each guest can choose their preferred dish.
Right now, for example, the menu offers the likes of burrata with heritage tomatoes and basil cress for starters, roast and braised rabbit with carrot, onion, celery, olives, capers and pine nuts for mains, alongside choices like fillet of lightly salted cod with fresh borlotti beans, or ravioli with ricotta, aubergine and tomato.
For dessert, the pistachio tiramisu with mascarpone cream and coffee sounds absolutely delicious, as does the flourless Venetian chocolate cake. There's also space in the cellar to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail or night cap, which is a nice way to end the evening.
