Enoteca da Luca is a small, independent collection of authentic Italian restaurants and wine bars in London. While the brand has locations in Guildhall, St Pauls and Devonshire Square, it's the latter that we're touting for a stand-out Christmas party venue.
That's right, the team at this charismatic eatery are welcoming both small and large party bookings for the festive period, whether you're bringing together friends, family or colleagues. Inside, the space is beautifully designed and feels light, airy and open thanks to the period features of the building. High ceilings, arched windows and impressive, exposed brick pillars all add to the atmosphere, making this an incredible place to host a special occasion.
While menus may be subject to change around the festive period, the website does give an insight into the restaurant's style and signature dishes with a delicious-sounding sample menu. Across the sharing plates and snacks - which, by the way, are perfect for bringing a big group together - you'll find the likes of crispy pork belly and mostarda di frutta, alongside baby spinach, pear, gorgonzola and walnuts, plus deep-fried rice balls with mozzarella and tomato.
Larger plates and signatures look like baked salt cod with tomato, olives and oregano, as well as crab-filled charcoal pasta and an iconic seven-layer lasagna with an ancient Bolognese recipe. Wow, right? Of course, if pizza is more your thing, there's plenty of those to go around, too, with the menu boasting all of the classics.
