Festive set menus at Ember Yard offer two set menus focused on tapas and sharing dishes. The first, and more affordable option, starts things off with plates of padron peppers, charcuterie, and chargrilled flatbreads with smoked whipped butter. Then, it’s on to prawns pil pil with harissa oil, seabass ceviche with smoked red pepper gazpacho, and charred hispi cabbage served with ao blanco. Guests can also expect chestnut-fed Iberico presa with mojo rojo and roasted peppers, smoky grilled chorizo, and classic patatas bravas. To finish, there’s the ultimate crowdpleaser: churros with cinnamon sugar and warm chocolate sauce.
The premium festive menu, meanwhile, takes things up a notch with a glass of fizz on arrival, jamon Iberico and Manchego croquetas, grilled Galician octopus, and 35-day aged Hereford sirloin, along with a whole host of fan-favourite dishes.
