At Merewood, we have three wedding packages for you to choose from, all of which offer you exclusive use of the hotel and the estate. These packages are named after the Lakeland Poets who lived in the Lake District at the turn of the 19th century. As part of the Romantic Movement these poets are the perfect namesakes for our wonderful wedding packages.
We can cater for up to 120 day guests, which can be increased to 200 in the evening.
However, if you want a quieter affair then take a look at our popular Just Us package, aimed at the couple who want to enjoy an intimate wedding.
