If you'd like to get married at the venue, you can choose between four spaces to tie the knot including the Duchess, Regency or Princess Suites, or say your 'I Dos' outside in the Garden Pavillion. Maximum capacities for these spaces vary with the highest being 400 guests, so however big your family is, they have you covered! The team will also ensure that the space is decorated beautifully with an aisle runner, chair covers and table arrangements.
After your ceremony, guests will be welcomed with a glass of bubbly, delicious canapes and a wedding breakfast of your choice. Across the banqueting menu, there's delicious options such as beetroot and goat’s cheese tart with fig, pear and white balsamic dressing for starters, followed by mains like roast chicken, bacon wrapped chipolatas, sage and onion stuffing and pan gravy as well as cod loin, rosti potato, grilled asparagus, wilted spinach, tomato and caper salsa. For dessert, we like the sound of warm apple and blackberry crumble tart with vanilla custard, as well as honeycomb cheesecake with chocolate sauce.
For your evening guests, a night time buffet will keep them topped up with energy and on the dance floor all night, with bites like chicken caesar wraps, crispy fish goujons with tartar sauce and mini duck spring rolls with hoisin sauce.
