VivoAmigo (an Indi-Mex cafe and restaurant) is the brainchild of chef and restaurateur Vikram. After thorough research and working with Indian and Mexican restaurants, he dreamt of merging two of his favourite cuisines. Vikram, with prior success in formulating and establishing Vivo Latino (a South American restaurant and cocktail bar), has been a dominant presence in the Cardiff food scene for the past four years. The culinary worlds of Mexico and India are known for their adventure and excitement, coming together in a delightful fusion at VivoAmigo, located just outside of Cardiff's city centre.
