Bad
A review about one male staff member who single handedly ruined what could have been a lovely dining experience.
On arrival we weren’t sure if we had accidentally walked into an exclusive five-star resort or a secret society for the incredibly entitled.
Food was ok but the prices are ridiculous and honestly I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, where you at least can exchange pleasantries.
The only thing being exchanged here is unreasonably bad customer interaction. When asked for price of wine was told 'if you have to ask you shouldn't be here'. Sir - my monthly salary is more than your yearly salary.
How someone could work in a place like this and act like they’re gatekeeping the Ritz instead of a budget hotel. If you booked via wowcher prepare to be treated as if you have sh** on your shoes.
Could list multiple hotels with similar decor where you are made to feel like a valued customer. So don’t waste your time thinking this place is special. It really is not. 0/10 do not recommend.
