We love our food here at The Tap and take great pride in producing all of ours daily from scratch. We use our on-site smokehouse to replicate recipes from our American family’s cook book, home make our shortcrust pastry pies and rustle up a superb and very popular roast every Sunday (it’s a weekly sell out so please book in advance).
