Secret Slider Club is a burger-focused restaurant located in London, offering a menu centred around gourmet sliders. The restaurant’s concept revolves around small, flavour-packed burgers, each crafted with a focus on premium ingredients and bold combinations. Secret Slider Club is London’s first burger omakase experience, inviting guests to enjoy nine custom courses, each exploring the humble burger.
The setting is contemporary and compact, offering just eight seats at the chef’s counter - making it one of the most exclusive dining experiences in the capital. Here, the experience is all about the exploration of flavour, technique and presentation, with dishes that take global influences and familiar flavours that have been reimagined with a creative twist.
The menu features a selection of sliders, including options like the fried chicken and caviar slider which features Taiwanese-style fried chicken, with manuka honey buffalo sauce, oscietra caviar, and shiso seasoning, all served in a brioche bun. Other courses could include the Thai sausage doughnut slider which features a sausage patty, Thai chilli jam and a pork crackling crumb in a savoury doughnut, or the Spanish wagyu slider which includes a wagyu beef patty with Iberica guanciale bacon, preserved black truffle and a Champagne beurre blanc in a brioche bun.
Dessert continues the burger theme. Finish up with the maple bourbon ice-cream sandwich slider which includes a frozen ‘patty’ of maple bourbon malted Jersey ice cream, with miso salted caramel, vanilla and maple candied bacon crumb and a condensed milk brioche bun.
