Located in the historic Royal Albert Dock, Rosa’s Thai brings the vibrant spirit of Thailand to Liverpool in a beautiful Grade I-listed warehouse. With original exposed brickwork, huge arched windows and views of the water, this stylish restaurant is perfect for birthdays, dates, family meals and corporate events. Its central Merseyside location also makes it ideal for recharging after visiting nearby attractions such as Tate Liverpool, the Merseyside Maritime Museum or The Beatles Story.
Inside, Rosa’s Thai is cosy, colourful and full of character. Expect green leather booth seating, eclectic Thai art, warm wooden tables and red curtain dividers for added intimacy. An open theatre kitchen provides a lively backdrop, allowing diners to watch as their food is cooked right in front of their eyes. Outside, neon signage and lush greenery give the restaurant real kerb appeal.
Rosa’s Thai was founded by Saiphin Moore, whose love of authentic Thai flavours began in a rural kitchen in northern Thailand. Her signature style brings together traditional recipes and modern flair, with each restaurant offering a menu packed full of bold, comforting dishes. While Saiphin is not the chef at the Liverpool location, her influence can be found in every dish.
The all-day menu features everything from crispy prawn doughnuts (tod mungoon) and grilled pork skewers (moo ping) to flavour-packed salads, stir-fries, noodles and signature curries. Don’t miss the slow-cooked duck leg in creamy red curry with pineapple and kaffir lime (gaeng daeng supparod ped), or giant grilled river prawns (goong maenam pao). Vegans and vegetarians are well catered for, and there are gluten-free options too.
Whether you’re after a laid-back lunch, a celebratory dinner or a group gathering with a view, Rosa’s Thai Liverpool delivers big flavour in an iconic setting.
