We prebooked and prepaid for our party of 30+ people a month in advance. They provided us with a great set menu and a kids menu option and even rang us two days before to confirm all was well. This is about the only thing that went well. When we arrived some of our party were almost refused entry as the bouncers claimed it was 18+ only but we pointed out we had prepaid for our children so we’re allowed in. Next we were met with news that our preordered food was not available and the new options were unsatisfactory and did not cater to some of our groups dietary needs. We then waited 1.5 hours before eventually receiving 4 starters and one kids main course and this was only after much hassling. After 3 hours we left with no food and no explanation as to what went wrong. We watched plenty of other people arrive order and receive their food. We have never had such a bad experience before

Meals were dry,service was appalling and waiter was only interested in a party of girls,don't waste your money here
