Sourdough pizzas come in many varieties at Pizza Punks, including all of the classics such as the margherita, pepperoni, Mexican and mushroom, as well as some in house favourites. For a burst of flavour, try the hot Cheeto, made with a white sauce, garlic oil, creamy mac and cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and hot Cheeto bacon bits. The Ruby Murray is a spicy feast with masala curry sauce, tandoori chicken, spiced onions, poppadoms and mango chutney. Totally indulgent, the beef birria is topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, birria braised beef, mozzarella, candied jalapenos, nacho cheese, pico de gallo and birria dripping gravy.
Another thing that Pizza Punks does incredibly well is shake up a great cocktail. Try the Sherbert Cherry with Tanqueray, triple sec, cherry, lemon and cherry sherbert foam, or the Dead Punks' Society with Bacardi and Bacardi Spice, pineapple, passion fruit, grenadine, lime and fire for a bit of a punchy change.
