Noisy Oyster is a seafood-focused restaurant from the dynamic duo behind Soho’s acclaimed Firebird restaurant and wine bar, Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina. This bustling bistro brings something entirely new to London, blending sustainable seafood with an inventive martini menu in a thoughtfully designed space.
Situated within the historic Norton Folgate development, Noisy Oyster seats around 50 guests. Its interior fuses classic European bistro charm with contemporary minimalism, perfectly complementing Shoreditch’s vibrant dining scene.
The cooking at Noisy Oyster is focused on sustainable seafood. As you might expect from the name, there’s lots of love for oysters here - you can order them by the half dozen with raspberry shallot vinegar and lemon, dressed with smoked tomato water and horseradish creme fraiche, or in oyster nugget form, with black caviar on top. If you’re not an oyster fan, there’s still plenty to get stuck into, including raw fish carpaccio, crudo and tartare, as well as crab doughnuts, monkfish skewers with lardo, grilled octopus risotto and more. Not to mention Noisy Oyster’s signature dish, the red caviar toast - a toasted piece of Guinness bread, slathered in whipped butter and salmon roe.
The bar elevates the experience with an inventive selection of mini martinis, allowing guests to sample multiple flavour profiles and pair them with their dishes. Martini snacks like gildas complement the drinks, alongside signature cocktails and a sparkling-focused wine list.
Kazhimova and Dolgushina drew inspiration from Shoreditch’s creative energy, aiming to merge their passion for innovative cuisine with their love of art, fashion, and design, contributing to East London’s evolving culinary landscape.
