Los Mochis is offering guests vitamin-boosting IV sessions in January

New year, new you? One London restaurant is taking the January wellness trend to new extremes by offering guests exclusive IV drip sessions on select dates in January.

Mexican-Japanese restaurant Los Mochis is partnering with wellness clinic Body Brilliant to offer targeted IV sessions to guests who fancy an extra vitamin boost with their meal. The sessions are available to book via their website - one on 17 January at Los Mochis Notting Hill, and two others on the 24 and 31 January at Los Mochis City - and include three vitamin infusions spanning The Happy Drip (£215), Immunity & Energy (£255), and the Ultimate Detox & Reset (£255).

It might sound a little over the top, but the offering is part of a wider 'Wellness January' campaign which sees Los Mochis team up with food author and health advocate Melissa Hemsley to launch a curated, health-focused menu for the new year.

The menu – Nourished by Los Mochis – comprises a selection of the restaurant’s signature dishes, chosen in particular for their wellness properties, from immune system supporters to dishes made with gut-friendly ingredients. Hemsley has also created an exclusive drink to pair alongside the menu featuring pomegranate, Mexican hibiscus, lime, coconut water, and sea salt – offering a welcome hydration boost post-party season.

Dishes on the Nourished by Los Mochis menu include:

- Chipotle Miso Soup
- Pollo Ensalada
- Los Mochis Guacamole
- Bang Bang Cauliflower Tacos
- Beetroot Tiradito
- Carne Asada Tacos
- California Maki Roll

The exclusive menu and drink are available at both sites from 12-31 January.

Speaking about the partnership ship, Melissa Hemsley says: ‘It’s been a delight to delve deeper into Los Mochis’s delicious menu offerings at their fun and lively London restaurants in the City and Notting Hill.’

‘As well as being gluten and nut-free, and supporting a wide range of dietary needs, the menus offer such colourful, vibrant, fresh and flavourful dishes that are both healthy and delicious. There is something for everyone, and this reflects how I love to cook and eat at home. It’s also great that we are both supporters and fundraisers for The Felix Project.’

The partnership follows years of Hemsley and Los Mochis working with The Felix Project, London's largest food redistribution charity, through which Los Mochis has donated more than 1 million meals to date.
