LOMA by Graeme Cheevers is an intimate fine dining restaurant set within Cameron House Hotel on the banks of Loch Lomond. Inspired by Scotland’s natural larder and surrounded by some of the country’s most spectacular scenery, the restaurant offers a refined dining experience that combines seasonal ingredients, technical precision and warm hospitality. Open for lunch and dinner, it’s an ideal destination for special occasions, celebrations and memorable meals overlooking the water.
The restaurant makes the most of its enviable location, with views across Loch Lomond and outdoor seating available during warmer months. Inside, the dining room is contemporary and understated, featuring neutral tones, pale blue velvet seating, crisp white tablecloths and large windows that frame the surrounding landscape. The result is an elegant setting that allows both the food and scenery to take centre stage.
Menus showcase the best of Scottish produce through a choice of lunch, a la carte and tasting menu options. Dishes on the a la carte menu include Loch Fyne langoustines with Isle of Wight tomatoes and XO sauce, grilled Orkney scallops with carrot and ginger, roasted veal sweetbread and neck fillet of lamb with asparagus and peas. The lunch menu features dishes such as duck liver parfait, lobster risotto, North Sea cod and roe deer.
For a more immersive experience, guests can opt for one of LOMA’s seasonal tasting menus. These regularly changing menus highlight exceptional ingredients through a series of carefully composed dishes, which may include crab, squid, scallops, cod, lamb, jasmine tea and English strawberries. Desserts include Yorkshire rhubarb souffle, chocolate mousse and a selection of cheeses.
The drinks programme is equally considered, with an extensive wine list and optional wine pairings available. Cocktails such as the Loch Green, Salted Plum Sour and Mezcal Negroni sit alongside beers, ciders, spirits and soft drinks.
