I read an article by the owner in which he said he coulsn't find a good bagel in London, so I bought a selection at It's.

My grandmother made bagels - boiled and then baked - so I know what a good bagel is. You will not find them at It's.

Their bagels are bready and the cinnamon-and-raisin bagels are worse than those available in almost every supermarket.

There are good bagels avaialble in London - but not at It's.
