Situated in the heart of Mayfair within The Biltmore, Grill 88 offers a refined and contemporary steakhouse experience in one of London's most prestigious neighbourhoods. Expect sleek and eminently fashionable interiors, welcoming service, and an atmosphere that’s both sultry and subtle. As the name suggests, the menu at Grill 88 centres around premium cuts of meat chosen for their quality and cooked to perfection on a Josper charcoal grill.

Kick off your experience with appetisers like spiced tuna tartare with albacore and bone marrow, chicken wings with Orkney scallops and Oscietra caviar, and charcoal-grilled tiger prawns with gremolata sauce and tempura green shiso leaves. For the main event, steaks from the grill are the go-to. Highlights include dry-aged sirloin from the Lake District, prized for its depth of flavour, and Japanese A5 Kagoshima, renowned for its rich marbling and buttery texture. The Josper grill adds a signature smoky finish to the steaks. For seafood lovers, standout dishes include market fish with semi-dried tomato, grilled native lobster thermidor, and fresh oysters.

You'll also see the likes of Australian full-blood Wagyu, Black Angus prime ribeye, and Argentinian ribeye cuts. There’s also a butcher’s platter, which offers up a chef’s choice of three meats. As for sides, you might tag on dishes such as triple-cooked chips, raclette hasselback potatoes, sweet potato hash browns with boquerones aioli, and beetroot roasted over the fire's embers and served with blue cheese, walnuts, and sumac.

The Grill 88 menu includes plenty of halal dishes, including steaks, and the open kitchen allows guests a glimpse of the sheer hard work that goes into making each dish spectacular.
