Some of the pizzeria's starters include classics like garlic pizza with mozzarella and bruschetta with datterino tomatoes with oregano and basil, along with tasty nduja lasagna fritta with spicy beef ragu, and porcini mushroom arancini with taleggio and parmesan. The pizza dough is prepared to be soft and pillowy, made freshly every day, proved for a minimum of 24 hours, then topped by the pizzaioli who cook every pizza in Fatto a Mano’s ovens at 450 degrees.
Choose from red base options including capricciosa with tomato, ham, salame Napoli, mushrooms, artichokes, black olives, mozzarella, parmesan and basil, or Norma with fried aubergine, ricotta, smoked ricotta and mozzarella. If you fancy a white base, try the parma ham and burrata with slow-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan and basil, or the fresh and tasty tuna loin topped with black olives, red onions, datterino tomatoes, mozzarella and oregano.
Don't forget to cheers with an aperitivo, with some fantastic options on the bar menu. There's a White Peach Bellini with spumante, white peach puree and mint, and punchy Negroni with Campari, East London gin, vermouth and orange.
