On the ground floor of the Park Plaza Nottingham hotel, Chino Latino brings a touch of glamour to the city centre, as diners enjoy pre-dinner exotic cocktails at the space-age bar before settling
down to a pan-Asian meal served at black & red lacquer tables. Pleasant staff are happy to advise, but sharing is one way to tackle the menu. Start with a selection of dim sum – delicate little
vegetable gyozas, say, or fried, spicy crispy duck parcels – along with some sashimi or sushi. Then follow with black cod in miso, or grilled chicken with mango tempura in a spicy tamarind sauce.
