Michele our waiter, was fantastic and made our visit very enjoyable

I really did forget the name on the lovely front of house receptionist she was extremely lovely and ensured she squeezed us in for dinner

I have eaten in almost all the Burger & Lobster restaurants in London but my favorite one is the one in Binney Street. Yesterday I had the pleasure to be served from a very nice and gentle Italian guy; I remember his name was Giovanni. He was really nice, clean and professional. My lobster roll was great. Fries too.

Went there on eat out to help out for a birthday. The food was good value for money based on the discount, the staff where very nice and friendly and the restaurant itself was okay. Avoid the one on the embankment service was beyond rude and argumentative when mention of the eat out to help out scheme was mentioned and served us lobsters the same size as the kids menu lobster (which was ordered for a kid)
