About

Gather a group and get yourselves down to Ballie Ballerson in Edinburgh for the ultimate nostalgic experience! This unique ball pit cocktail bar combines giant ball pits with sweet-inspired cocktails, as well as a killer playlist of RnB, disco and house beats to dance the night away. Think of it as a playground for adults.

There are multiple ways you can get involved with the fun, whether you’re popping in for a cocktail or fancy booking a karaoke room for a big group. Ballie Ballerson is always open for walk-ins, meaning that if you fancy a ball pit session at the last minute, or a boogie on the dance floor, you can simply turn up and get involved! Pre-booking is also available if you want guaranteed access to the venue and ball pit, either for individual tickets or tables for groups.

Whatever you choose, you can expect a cracking line-up of food and drinks to fuel an hour or two in the ball pit. Its signature cocktail list is inspired by childhood sweets, such as a Hubba Hubba Bubba, featuring tequila, lime and bubblegum, or a Skittles Sour, made with pink gin, limoncello and Skittles. Elsewhere, classic cocktails with a twist and a selection of mocktails offer a wealth of fruity options. You’ll also find Tennents beers, classic drinks, spirits, mixers and more on the menu.

If you work up an appetite after all that ball action, there’s a tasty pizza menu packed with indulgent options. Look out for Spiced Girl, featuring tomato, mozzarella, nduja and onion, Firecracker which comes topped with pepperoni and jalapenos, and Truffle Like It’s Hot which is a decadent combination of Emmental, scamorza, parmesan, truffle and honey.

Ballie Ballerson is also available for bottomless brunch on Saturdays, which includes two hours’ access to the ball pit, venue access all night, bottomless pizza and four drinks each. Choose between its Game Show Boozy Brunch and its 90s 00s Singalong Brunch.
