Bacareto

Bacareto is a relaxed cafe bar that has taken its inspiration from the Bacari of Venice, and is located in the heart of Cardiff's city centre. Here, you'll find cicheti dishes, which are Venetian style bites and snacks. From 11am, visitors to this Italian gem can enjoy coffee made with beans from Hard Lines, and a range of different cakes that are made fresh in the Bacareto kitchen. From midday, the cafe begins to serve a seasonal menu of cicheti, along with an extensive Spritz list, well sourced wines, beers and ciders, and with a great aperitivo offering. 

The team at Bacareto are keen on championing ingredients from only the very best producers, and place emphasis on sustainability, with a large portion of the menu being plant focused. Supporting other local businesses and creatives, the Bacareto team commissioned artists to make work that is shown around the cafe, helping to make it a relaxed cafe by day, and friendly bar by night. Dogs are also welcome in the bar and outside areas.
