Another Brother is owned and led by two brothers from Sheffield – Joey and Eddy, who bring their experience in travel, hospitality and a love of coffee to the table. The brand's goals and ambitions are ever changing, as they recognise new ideas for the business and evolve with their ways of thinking. In order to create menus that work for everyone, Joey and Eddy have made sure that community stays at the heart of the business, ensuring that it is a space where everyone feels welcome.
Now with four sites across the city, Another Brother’s Putney location sits right in the heart of the area, just a stone’s throw from the River Thames. This cosy cafe is the perfect place to while away a couple of hours over hot drinks and some seriously good food, offering a relaxed atmosphere complete with Scandi-style furnishings and dotted with foliage that bring the place to life.
The brunch menu is served daily, and includes a mixture of classics and house favourites. There's a fruit and nut granola bowl with Greek yoghurt, mixed berries and honey, a crispy bacon or Cumberland sausage buttie with chilli jam, cheddar and a fried egg, and green chilli scrambled eggs with garden peas and fresh chilli on toasted sourdough, dressed with chives. If you're visiting later on in the day, you can still enjoy one of the toasties, which are served all day. Sourdough toasties are filled with a range of fillings, including cheddar with mozzarella, red Leicester and Hendo's relish.
While there are lots of delicious options for both hot and cold teas and coffees, and a small selection of milkshakes on the menu, we'd opt for one of the healthy juices, like the red – packed with beetroot, apple, lemon and ginger.
