Situated on the second floor, The Loft is Zahter’s dedicated private dining room, accommodating up to 40 guests for a seated event. For larger occasions, the entire restaurant can be hired exclusively, with space for up to 85 seated guests. The venue is suitable for breakfast meetings, lunches, dinners and standing receptions.
The space itself is light-filled and contemporary, with floor-to-ceiling wraparound windows, pale wooden floors, marble surfaces and soft pastel tones throughout. A curved velvet banquette in muted blue is accented with colourful cushions, while brass lighting, fresh flowers and touches of greenery add warmth and character.
Food is centred around sharing-style Turkish and Eastern Mediterranean dishes designed to bring guests together. For group dining, buffet menus are available at different price points, featuring cold meze such as curu cacik and Turkish saksuka, alongside hot dishes including wood-fired tiger prawns and ground lamb and beef with burnt aubergine and pistachio. Sharing platters may include marinated chicken thighs, beef fillet skewers, pita bread and traditional accompaniments, while desserts include pistachio baklava. Premium menus can also feature whole grilled sea bass and wood-fired potatoes.
Drinks packages can be tailored to suit the occasion, with wines, beers, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks available. Signature serves include cocktails such as the Coffee Royal and Figo, which combines whiskey, creme de figue and passion fruit, alongside classics including mojitos, palomas and negronis.
