Cubitt House’s fifth venue is now open in Marylebone
The team behind posh public houses The Grazing Goat and The Thomas Cubitt has just thrown open the doors to its latest venture – The Coach Makers Arms. Both the first floor and the underground 72 Bar can be hired exclusively.

The former boozer’s interiors have been given a proper update: you’ll still find original features, but this time alongside modern design elements. Those who choose to host an event on the first floor can expect a bright space with bespoke leather banquette seating and coachmaker portraits hanging above. In the smaller cocktail bar, ceilings are vaulted and the bar is hand carved.

We were also happy to hear that the venue is serving the group’s largest select of lager, ales, craft beer, wine, spirits and cocktails. Food follows the same ethos as the other Cubitt House properties, with seasonal, British produce at the heart of the menu: picture salt marsh lamb, Jerusalem artichoke soup and wild mushroom croquette canapés.

The first floor can host 45 seated or 70 standing, and the bar can host 30 seated or 50 standing.
