Kempton Park Racecourse in Surrey is a state-of-the-art events space that offers a wealth of flexible spaces for both corporate and celebratory events. From meetings to conferences, award ceremonies, birthdays and product launches, Kempton Park is able to host a wide range of events in its suites, halls and syndicate rooms. Plus, all its stands boast breath-taking views over the impressive racecourse, providing your next meeting or team-building day with a beautiful backdrop.  

With spaces that cater for between 20 and 500, as well as 400 acres of outdoor parkland, no event is too big or small at Kempton Park. For conferences, team-building days or meetings, both the Premier Suite and Clubhouse are bright and spacious rooms that offer flexible seating arrangements. They are also fully equipped with audio visual equipment and free wifi, while the premier suite offers views across the Parade Ring and Winner’s Enclosure to give your event extra wow-factor.  

Desert Orchid, meanwhile, looks out over Kempton Park Racecourse and is a popular room for milestone events, from drinks receptions to sit-down dinners. The room can be tailored to a specific theme, and can also be hired for team-building exercises or smaller meetings if required. It holds a maximum of 140 people for dinner, or 38 if you’re hiring the space as a boardroom.  

Along with its plethora of events spaces, booking a room at Kempton Park Racecourse also includes hire of a dedicated events manager to help plan and run your occasion.
