And, the very same space of Eastfield Farm Barns acts as a venue that is exclusively tailored to host corporate events and retreats.

Set in the open countryside, this venue is all about exclusivity, privacy and flexibility. You can invite your guests to join you in a space that feels a bit more laid back than the typical city hustle and bustle, and plan an itinerary that brings you all together. The ethos that Eastfields Farm Barns has is to provide everything you would expect at a best in class venue, and couple it with the experience of a well seasoned team.

If you were looking to plan an event along the lines of a summer or winter ball, you can expect to host between 60 and 120 guests in an evening. Up to 20 of your guests will be able to stay on site, and you'll have exclusive use of the entire venue for your event. Across the whole estate, you'll be the only ones here. Enjoy the 10-acre paddock, a suite of three converted barn cottages, a raised terrace lawn and a huge Georgian rustic barn.

From 1pm you'll be able to access the venue, putting in place any final touches and arranging table gifts and corporate banners, refreshments are then served on arrival and are available throughout the afternoon, along with the use of all the estate’s accommodation. From then on, you’ll have the space you need to chat, dine, party, dance, drink, and converse – however you want to host, the space is yours.

How far are you from London?

Although our venue is located in the countryside, we are very well connected for visitors. For car drivers, both the A1 and M1 are nearby and we have parking on site. We are also close to rail links in Bedford and St Neots and Milton Keynes and we can arrange minibus or Taxi transit for those arriving by rail. We are also close to a number of international airports including Birmingham International, London Luton, London Heathrow, London Stansted and we can also help arrange Taxi transit to the venue.

Please can you tell me more about your refreshment and meal packages

We can provide refreshments throughout the day, breakfast, lunch and evening meal, packages and even private chef services. For large events we can do things as simple as pizza, ovens and barbecues, and for those wanting a more formal setting we can host seated five course meals. We work with a number of great catering partners to deliver menus that are flexible and delicious.

A visit to Eastfields Farm Barns is a great opportunity for you and your teams to celebrate your success. We can host evening events as simple as a barbecue with bar and local live Band/DJ, through to a formal sit down table service five course meal, entertainment (magician, photobooth, presentation), live band/DJ and both indoor and outdoor fully stocked bars.

What kind of teambuilding events do you do?

We tailor all our teambuilding events to the nature of the party visiting the venue. Great team building events include a local treasure hunt with team challenges thrown in, survival training in the woodland, wine tasting experience, we’ve have even had bouncy castle assault courses! At the premium end, we can draw upon the experience of our management team to create truly exhilarating events – the Three Peaks Challenge?, Helicopter to the Peak District?, Race Track day? If you can dream it, we’ll consider it!

Can you tell me more about your C-suite retreats?

Our luxury barn conversion cottages, can host up to 14 people – and its exclusively your space. It’s ideal for SME’s and corporate boards looking for some strategic thinking time away from the normal work environment. Please see C suite retreat, example.

Is the venue wheelchair friendly?

Much of the venue has step free access including the large Georgian Barn and the larger converted barn cottages. In particular, the 5-bed cottage has drive-up parking, widened door access and easy entry shower facilities.
