This year, it's hosting an array of Christmas Party Nights which can be adapted to suit your private or corporate party. The dedicated events team are on hand to help curate the ideal evening with offers on three-course festive dinners, DJ entertainment and more. There are multiple spaces available for hire throughout the venue, such as the cosy Courtyard Bar, which is split over two levels and boasts a cosy lounge and outdoor terrace. Alternatively, the Courtyard restaurant offers a charming, rustic ambience which is ideal if you’re after an intimate Christmas dinner with friends, family or colleagues.
On the big day, do away with having to cook for everyone and treat your friends and family to a bespoke Christmas lunch instead. The standard Christmas Day menu offers three courses of traditional festive food, and kids under four eat free. Starters include indulgent dishes such as a Lancashire cheese and chive tartlet, and leek and potato soup. For the main event, keep things traditional with roast Norfolk turkey served with all the trimmings, or opt for the Bowland beef Wellington which is served with a rich red wine sauce. Round things off with a classic Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, then kick back in the lounge with a mulled wine.
