Holiday Inn Brentwood offers plenty of flexibility for Christmas celebrations, whether you’re planning a festive meal with friends and family, drinks with colleagues or a larger office party. With a choice of event suites, an on-site restaurant and accommodation under the same roof, groups can tailor their celebration to suit both the occasion and number of guests.
The hotel’s largest space, the Forest Suite, can host 80 guests for dinner or 120 standing, while the Elm Grove Suite accommodates 60 seated or 100 standing. Several smaller rooms are available too, ranging from the intimate Rowan Room for up to 10 standing guests to the two individual Elm Suites, which can accommodate groups of 35 and 50. Alternatively, celebrations can take place in Marco’s New York Italian, a light, modern restaurant with exposed brickwork, comfortable seating and a striking wraparound bar. The restaurant has a dining capacity of 100 and can be hired exclusively.
There are plenty of options when it comes to festive food. Banqueting menus might begin with ham hock terrine or prawn and egg cocktail, followed by slow-braised blade of beef, pan-fried chicken or spinach and ricotta tortellini. For something more informal, buffet choices range from sausage rolls and chicken drumsticks to an Asian-inspired spread of onion bhajis, lamb samosas and tandoori chicken. There’s also a New York Italian buffet featuring crispy calamari, pizza and beef burgers. Drinks packages can be arranged in advance, with options including wine, Prosecco, cocktail pitchers, beer buckets and soft drinks.
Guests travelling for the party can stay overnight in one of the hotel’s 149 bedrooms, including family rooms. There’s also an indoor swimming pool and gym on site. The hotel is just one minute from the M25 and 1.4 miles from the Elizabeth Line, making it particularly convenient for Christmas parties bringing together guests from different areas.
