Take Two Chefs at The Peasant

On 14 November, two of London’s most talented chefs will come together in one kitchen at Clerkenwell’s finest gastropub to host a charity gala event.

The fourth in an ongoing series of culinary collaborations, this one-off partnership will see The Peasant’s head chef Giancarlo Vatteroni reunited in the kitchen with David Salex of Mews of Mayfair, some 12 years after the two worked together at the celebrated Sugar Club.

The exclusive menu will include individual dishes cooked by each chef and paired with a different wine. 20 per cent of the proceeds of all tickets sales will be donated to St. Mungo’s charity for the homeless.
