Luncheon is a new supperclub masterminded by Ben Tish (executive chef of the Salt Yard group, which also includes Dehesa and Opera Tavern), and Max Halley, formerly part of the front-of-house team
at Salt Yard and Arbutus.
The first event is a six-course meal on Sunday 17 July at 1pm. Dishes include a salad of red, yellow and candy beets with smoked-eel brandade and horseradish, and iberico pork wellington with
snails, girolles, smoked hollandaise and truffled bone marrow.
Tickets cost £50, including a cocktail aperitif, canapés, coffee and petit fours. Diners will also receive a goody bag to take away. There is no
bar; guests are welcome to bring their own wine.
