Champagne dinner with Luciano Giubbilei

On Tuesday 21 June, The Soho Hotel will host a Champagne dinner with guest speaker Luciano Giubbilei, the Chelsea Flower Show designer.

After a Champagne reception, Giubbilei will talk the audience through his design for the Laurent-Perrier Garden at this year’s show, and the inspiration behind it.

Guests will then sit down to a six-course tasting menu in one of the hotel’s private room. Courses will include butter-poached native lobster with peas, broad beans and tarragon, and fried Morte Enebro goats’ cheese with pickled baby beets and lime honey.

Each course will be matched with Laurent-Perrier, and David Hesketh MW, MD of Laurent-Perrier UK, will provide commentary on each of the wines tasted.

The event starts at 6.30pm. Tickets cost £90 and can be bought online.
