After being seated we waiting over 20 minutes for a member of staff to visit our table, after another 15 minutes of no service, we left.
The most competent member of staff was rushing around, the rest seemed unsure of what they should be doing.
Come on Henry's management, we all know there is a staffing shortages across the hotel, bar and restaurant industry, don't put off those that are willing to go into the service industry by not training and equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to undertake their role.
