Affectionately known as ‘The White Palace’, The Grand is one of the UK’s most prominent Victorian seaside hotels. You can’t miss the spectacular façade, which dominates the Eastbourne seafront & looks out over the Channel & along the cliffs at Beachy Head. Refurbished interiors – light-filled & expansive, with ornate plasterwork & plush furnishings – are as elegant as they are welcoming. The 180-capacity Compton Room is a particular highlight, & one of the spaces licensed for civil wedding ceremonies. Smaller rooms are also available for more intimate ceremonies ↦ receptions.
